All 3D models, renderings, and design proposals remain the intellectual property of 3D IntDesign until full payment is received for the commissioned project. Upon complete payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our contact or project inquiry forms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your communications and for any activities that occur under your name.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or any other systems or networks connected to our services.

4. Project Services

3D IntDesign provides professional interior design, 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and consulting services. All project agreements are subject to individual contracts that outline specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures. The following general terms apply to all commissioned work:

Project Initiation: No work begins without a signed agreement and the required deposit as specified in your project proposal. The deposit amount varies based on project complexity and scale, typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the total project fee.

Revisions and Modifications: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate of $95 per hour. Major changes to the initial concept after approval will be treated as new work and billed accordingly.

Final Delivery: High-resolution renderings, 3D models, and technical documentation are delivered upon receipt of the final payment. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless explicitly waived in writing by the client.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on the stage of completion: 100% of deposit if work has commenced, 50% of total project fee if substantial design work is complete, and full payment if renderings have been finalized.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D IntDesign Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to such claim, regardless of the form of action. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The 3D visualizations provided are artistic representations intended to convey design intent; final constructed results may vary due to material availability, construction methods, and other factors beyond our control.

These links are provided for your convenience only, and we do not control or endorse the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party websites. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before initiating arbitration. The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 3D IntDesign Studio.
